I tried this plug after getting used to another one, but with the taper under the bulb, it has a tendency to want to slip out. It would be better if the bottom taper was eliminated and allowed the sphincter to hold it in. It gives you the full feeling you want but don't cough, or you might be embarrased. If you want to wear it for any extended time, I suggest putting on a snug girdle to help keep it in place so it doesn't slip out. :-) The price is fair though for a nonvibrating plug that fills you. The shaft length and diameter under the bulb are good, they just need to get rid of the bottom taper. The Julie Aston beginner kit has a better designed large plug. It doesn't slip out.
